Given the constant growth of our clientele, we need to integrate an additional secretary / dental assistant to our smiling and dynamic team, especially since the fairly major renovations we just did allow us more than ever to expand our team 😉
You will be required to be involved in opening files and making emergency appointments. You will also be asked to participate in several secretarial tasks and you will have the opportunity to act as a treatment plan coordinator during certain time slots.
Do not hesitate to apply even if you have little or no experience, we will be pleased to provide the successful candidate with several internal and external training sessions (we are fully open to train a candidate who has the profile of the job). Several opportunities for advancement could be offered to you depending on your degree of autonomy and also the different tasks you would be willing to take under your responsibility.
We have a permanent position available for 1 to 5 days per week (depending on your wishes and/or availability). Do not hesitate to contact us even if you are only available a certain number of hours per week (or even occasionally).

Experience working in a dental environment (an asset), knowledge of Dentitek software + experience using it (an asset) or other dental software (an asset), training and/or experience in secretarial or dental assistance (an asset), experience in customer service (an asset), a smiling and dynamic personality as well as an innate sense of teamwork are also an asset.
The patient schedule is currently this: Monday: 10am-7pm, Tuesday 10am-6pm, Wednesday and Thursday: 9am-4pm, Friday: occasionally. However, it will be possible to work at our clinic according to a personalized schedule that will be adapted to your desires and needs.
Up to 40h/week (depending on your availability if limited).
